Terms of Service
The rules for using PostPilot. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms.
Effective September 15, 2026
1. Who we are
PostPilot is operated by [Your Registered Business Name] (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and us. If you are using PostPilot on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
Questions about these Terms? Contact us at support@postpilot.space.
2. What PostPilot does
PostPilot is an AI-assisted LinkedIn growth workspace: post ideas tuned to your niche, AI drafting in your voice, a virality score on every draft, scheduling and queue management, analytics, engagement helpers, and lead organisation tools.
Publishing stays in your control. Finished posts are published by you from LinkedIn; we do not post to your account on your behalf.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use PostPilot.
- Register with accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@postpilot.space if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Plans, trials, and billing
- Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are billed monthly or yearly, in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- All payments are processed securely by our payment partner, DodoPayments. We never see or store your full card details.
- New accounts may receive a 3-day trial with Pro-level access so you can evaluate the service before paying.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We may change plan prices with reasonable notice; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice.
5. No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions, renewals, plan changes, or unused time — including partial months or years. Please use the free trial to make sure PostPilot fits before you pay.
The full detail is in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from Settings or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- Cancelling does not refund the current period, and deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel the subscription first.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any law, or use PostPilot for spam, fraud, or harassment.
- Scrape LinkedIn or any third-party service in violation of its terms, or route traffic through PostPilot to evade platform limits.
- Resell, share, or pool paid access across people or businesses.
- Abuse AI or credit limits — for example with automated bulk generation or attempts to access other users' data.
- Upload content you have no right to use, or probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
8. LinkedIn is a third party
LinkedIn (operated by Microsoft) is independent of us. Its terms, rate limits, and automation rules apply to everything you do there, and LinkedIn may restrict accounts that breach them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, and we are not responsible for actions LinkedIn takes on your account.
9. AI content and no guarantee of results
- AI drafts, hooks, virality scores, and suggestions are starting points, not advice. Review everything before you publish — you are solely responsible for what you post under your name.
- We do not guarantee reach, virality, followers, or leads. Outcomes depend on your content, consistency, audience, and factors outside our control.
10. Lead and prospect data
Prospect information (names, titles, companies, public profiles) comes from third-party data providers and may be incomplete or out of date. Any outreach you send must comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws in your region — that responsibility is yours.
11. Intellectual property
- We own the PostPilot product, brand, and underlying software. These Terms give you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service while your account or subscription is active — nothing more.
- You own the content you create (drafts, posts, ideas). You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to operate and improve the service for you.
- Feedback you send us may be used freely, without obligation.
12. Availability and changes to the service
We aim for reliable service but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or retire features as the product evolves, and we are not liable for downtime, beta features, or third-party outages.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses such as lost followers, reach, or revenue.
14. Termination
You may stop using PostPilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. On termination your licence ends; provisions that should survive (payments owed, IP, liability limits) do survive.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Your City].
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email; continuing to use PostPilot after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
