• Prospect data you save: leads and contacts you store or import, including names, titles, companies, and publicly available profile details.
• Usage data: how you use the product (features used, credits consumed), plus basic device and log data for security and debugging.
• Support messages: anything you send us when you ask for help.
• Payment data: processed by DodoPayments. We receive subscription status and transaction confirmations — never your full card number.

3. How we use your data

• Operate your workspace: drafts, queue, ideas, analytics, and credits.
• Personalise AI output to your voice, audience, and niche.
• Process subscriptions, trials, and plan changes.
• Keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix bugs.

4. AI processing

Drafts and prompts you submit for generation or improvement are processed by our AI providers solely to return results to you. We do not sell your content, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

5. Who we share data with

• Infrastructure: our hosting and database provider, which stores your workspace data on our behalf.
• AI providers: receive only the prompts needed to fulfil your request.
• DodoPayments: handles checkout, billing, and subscription management under its own privacy terms.
• Lead-data providers: supply the public prospect information shown in the product.
• Legal and safety: where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers: if the business is acquired or merged, your data moves with it under equivalent protections.

We never sell your personal data.

6. Cookies and similar tech

We use strictly necessary cookies and storage for sign-in, security, and remembering your workspace state (such as onboarding progress and sidebar preferences). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

7. Retention and deletion

• Workspace content is kept while your account is active so your drafts, ideas, and queue persist.
• Ask us to delete your account at support@postpilot.space and we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records (for example, transaction history for tax purposes).
• Backups age out automatically, typically within 90 days.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, write to support@postpilot.space — we respond to verified requests within 30 days.

9. Security

We protect data with encrypted connections, access controls, and vetted infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your sign-in private.

10. International transfers

Our infrastructure and sub-processors may store or process data outside your home country. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections with those providers.

11. Children

PostPilot is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will remove it.
