Refund Policy
Simple version: try free, then pay. Once you pay, the sale is final.
Effective September 15, 2026
1. No refunds — all sales final
PostPilot is a digital service with immediate access, so we do not offer refunds. This covers monthly and yearly subscriptions, renewals, plan upgrades and downgrades, and unused time in the current billing period — including partial months or years.
2. Try before you pay
New accounts receive a 3-day trial with Pro-level access. The trial exists precisely so you can confirm PostPilot fits your workflow before any charge. Please evaluate the trial carefully — subscribing means you accept that the sale is final.
3. Cancelling stops future charges
- Cancel anytime from Settings or the DodoPayments billing portal. No emails, calls, or retention flows required.
- After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then drops to free access. You are never charged again unless you resubscribe.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel the subscription first, then delete if you wish.
4. Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades take effect as shown in the billing portal at the time of the change. We do not refund the difference for unused time on a previous plan or billing cycle.
5. Billing errors
Something genuinely wrong — a duplicate charge, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation? Contact us within 30 days at support@postpilot.space with your account email and transaction details, and we will investigate and correct verified errors. This is a correction of our mistake, not a refund entitlement.
6. Chargebacks
If a charge looks unfamiliar, talk to us first — most billing surprises are a forgotten renewal or a second account, and both are quick to resolve. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account while the dispute is reviewed.
